About The Position
Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital, an affiliate of Mass General Brigham, is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist for a 36-hour rotating position. This role functions as a scrub person during operative and other invasive procedures. The hospital is Magnet Designated with Distinction and is a leader in using advanced technology. They perform approximately 1,000 cases a month across 16 ORs. The position offers opportunities for ongoing educational and competency activities, and precepting staff including surgical technicians, nurses, and students. Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Surgical Technician Certification required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required
- Must present and submit Certification of Graduation from an ARC/STSA-Accredited Surgical Technology Program
- NBSTSA- Certification is conferred by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting
- Staff adheres to all I.C.A.R.E. Standards
- Basic computer skills

- 1 year of Surgical Technician experience preferred
