About The Position
CHI St. Alexius Health Bismarck's Urology Clinic is looking for a dedicated Certified Surgical Technologist to join their dynamic team. This role is integral to advanced urological care, where the technologist will be a key player in procedure rooms, ensuring instrument readiness, maintaining sterile fields, and upholding patient safety standards. The position requires attention to detail and the ability to anticipate the needs of urologists. The role involves meticulous preparation for urological procedures, providing expert assistance with instruments and specimen handling during operations, maintaining a flawless environment by managing supplies and equipment, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited Surgical Technology program.
- CST and UAP certification.
Nice To Haves
- A minimum of 2 years of CST experience is preferred, bringing valuable insight to our specialized cases.
