Anticipates the needs of the surgeon/physician by ensuring the availability and readiness of sterile instruments, supplies, implants, specialty equipment, and neurointerventional products required for surgical and procedural interventions to optimize patient outcomes. Proactively coordinates and monitors neurointerventional inventory, ensuring critical supplies are available, appropriately stocked, and accessible to support uninterrupted patient care. Assumes a leadership role in promoting clinical excellence, operational efficiency, staff development, and the advancement of professional practice.
