This full-time Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) position involves being knowledgeable of all operative procedures and surgical equipment, demonstrating the ability to set up and operate instruments, sutures, and equipment, and efficiently aiding the surgeon. The role also requires knowledge of basic anatomy to anticipate and provide for the surgeon's needs and the ability to integrate into sterile processing duties. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited surgical technology program.
Must possess an active certification from the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) or be eligible for certification.

Responsibilities

Knowledgeable of all operative procedures and surgical equipment.
Demonstrates the ability to set up and operate instruments, sutures, and equipment used in operative procedures.
Efficiently and effectively aids the surgeon.
Demonstrates knowledge of basic anatomy by anticipating and providing for the surgeon's needs during the case.
Demonstrates the ability to integrate into sterile processing duties.
