About The Position
The role of SPD tech is to fulfill various ancillary functions such as the processing of used surgical instrumentation, assembling and wrapping packs, restocking storage areas and relieving other aides. Receive and dispense supplies and equipment. Perform cleaning, assembling, preparation and sterilizing duties in Central Sterile Processing as directed.
Requirements
- Sterile Processing program graduate
- At least 2 Years of recent experience in sterile processing
- Permanent IAHCSMM CERT or CBSPD CERT
- Excellent Communications Skills
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills
- Microsoft Office Applications
Nice To Haves
- Endoscopy reprocessing experience Strongly Preferred
