About The Position

Horne Chrysler Dodge Jeep Nissan, located in Globe, AZ, is a family-owned dealership with over 20 years of success. We are currently seeking experienced Certified Stellantis Technicians to join our Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram team for a long-term career opportunity.

Requirements

  • Current Stellantis Certification (Level 3 or Expert preferred)
  • Experience with Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, and Nissan vehicles in a dealership setting
  • Strong diagnostic skills including electrical, engine, and transmission systems
  • Experience handling recalls and warranty repairs
  • Commitment to quality work: Fix It Right the First Time philosophy
  • An unrestricted driver’s license and clean driving record are essential.
  • Strong physical dexterity and stamina are required to perform the job efficiently.
  • Candidates must be able to work productively in a fast-paced team environment, maintain a positive attitude, exhibit a professional appearance, possess excellent communication skills, and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid, unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
  • Strong mechanical and electrical automotive knowledge
  • Professional, dependable, and safety-oriented work ethic
  • Basic computer and internet skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to read and understand technical instructions
  • Capable of bending, kneeling, squatting, standing, and lifting heavy objects as necessary

Nice To Haves

  • Master Technician status is a plus
  • Master Certified Technician experience preferred, with dealer-level or large facility background

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and efficiently, specializing in Stellantis brands
  • Perform recall and warranty repairs, as well as electrical, drivability, engine, and transmission services
  • Document diagnostics and repair recommendations clearly and thoroughly
  • Request and verify correct parts for repairs
  • Conduct pre- and post-repair quality inspections
  • Test drive vehicles as necessary to ensure proper repair
  • Maintain compliance with manufacturer and dealership standards
