Requirements
- Experience performing warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on various vehicle makes and models
- Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals
- Strong communication skills
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Positive attitude with a high-energy personality
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to read and follow technical instructions accurately
- Good judgment and decision-making skills
- Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical aptitude with a willingness to learn and develop skills
Responsibilities
- Correctly troubleshoot customer concerns using the latest technical tools
- Keep up to date with all technical publications
- Ensure safe and honorable vehicle service is delivered correctly the first time
- Address all original customer concerns before recommending additional repairs
- Perform thorough inspections to identify additional repair or maintenance needs following factory guidelines
- Return customers' vehicles clean or cleaner than when received
- Participate in factory and in-house training programs
- Complete all paperwork accurately and attach required shop forms to repair orders
- Maintain punctuality, present a professional appearance, and wear a clean uniform
