Requirements

Experience in warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on import and domestic vehicles.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to understand and follow instructions carefully.
Good judgment and problem-solving skills.
Valid state driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

ASE certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot customer vehicle concerns accurately using up-to-date technical tools and resources.
Stay current with technical publications and service communications.
Deliver safe, high-quality vehicle service on the first attempt.
Address original customer concerns before recommending additional services.
Inspect vehicles for maintenance needs and additional sales opportunities based on factory and local recommendations.
Participate in factory and in-house training programs.
Complete all required paperwork thoroughly and maintain organized repair order documentation.
Arrive on time and prepared to work each day.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Service Manager.
