Requirements

• 5+ years of automotive technician experience
• ASE Certification required
• A-Level skills (diagnostics, electrical, engine repair)
• Strong understanding of modern vehicle technology
• Ability to operate diagnostic equipment and learn new systems quickly
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service
• Basic computer skills
• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance according to dealership and manufacturer standards
• Diagnose and repair complex automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, suspension, brakes, and A/C
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Test-drive vehicles and verify repairs for quality and accuracy
• Communicate with Service Advisors to ensure customers are informed of recommended services
• Accurately estimate repair timelines and additional service needs
• Complete warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications
