About The Position

This is a Locum Tenens position for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) specializing in General CRNA services. The role is based in a hospital setting in Flagstaff, AZ, focusing on clinical duties only. The coverage period is from October 09, 2026, to January 08, 2027. The facility handles approximately 50-60 cases per day, including a mix of Ortho, Ortho Trauma, General, General Trauma, Spine, Neuro, Cath Lab, Ambulatory, and Endo cases. The EMR systems used are Cerner and SaAnesthesia. Credentialing takes approximately 15 days.

Requirements

• Active AZ license
• CRNA Board certification
• BLS or ACLS certification

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia for surgical procedures including ortho, neuro, general, and trauma cases
• Manage patient airway and vital signs during perioperative period
• Collaborate with surgical team to ensure safe and effective care
• Document anesthesia care and patient responses accurately
• Ensure patient safety and monitor recovery from anesthesia
