About The Position

This is a full-time Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) position on the night shift, offering weekly earnings of $1,206 – $1,623 (based on 3x12s) and a base pay of $33.50 – $45.09/hr, with opportunities for shift differentials. Requirements

State Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) License required
Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
ACLS certificate within 60 days of hire and maintain current
PALS certificate within 60 days of hire and maintain current.
High School Diploma or equivalent is required

Nice To Haves

2 years experience as a RCP preferred.
NRP certificate preferred
Associate Degree or Bachelor of Science degree preferred

Responsibilities

In the absence of a supervisor, the CRT/RCP I may serve as Lead RCP, overseeing operations during their shift.
Provide respiratory care and pulmonary therapy per physician orders
Manage mechanical ventilation, oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, and airway management
Perform and interpret arterial blood gas (ABG) analysis
Conduct pulmonary diagnostic procedures and patient assessments
Implement patient-specific care plans
Document patient care, interventions, and outcomes accurately
Serve as Lead RCP in the absence of a supervisor
Respond to critical care situations and emergencies
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
