About The Position

Norway Center for Health & Rehabilitation, an affiliate of National Health Care Associates, is seeking a Certified Residential Medication Assistant (CRMA). This role ensures the well-being of residents through proper medication management. The CRMA administers prescribed medications and performs other nursing assistant responsibilities such as bathing, dressing, feeding residents, recording clinical measurements, and assisting in examinations and treatments. The position offers per diem availability across all shifts. The ideal candidate is passionate about resident well-being and medication management in an environment that values compassion, care, and expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with nurses and healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely medication management
  • Assisting with other resident care tasks as needed, following protocols and procedures
