About The Position

OceanView at Falmouth is a 21st Century Assisted Living Community that is locally owned and dedicated to providing the highest quality care to our residents. We are currently seeking kind and compassionate Certified Residential Medication Aides (CRMA) to join our Legacy Memory Care team on a part-time, overnight basis. Requirements

Minimum of one year of similar experience providing direct care in a comparable setting required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities
Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment in challenging situations
High School Diploma or GED required
Current 40-hour Certification as a Certified Residential Medication Aide required
Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain within six months of hire

Nice To Haves

CNA or PSS certification preferred

Responsibilities

Administer medications according to State and Federal regulations, physician orders, and resident condition
Monitor residents’ responses to medications and report adverse effects to the Charge Nurse or Nurse Manager
Document medication administration per company policy
Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as outlined in individual care plans
Encourage participation in life enrichment programs
Observe and promptly report changes in resident condition or safety concerns
Complete all shift assignments and required documentation
Communicate effectively during shift changes to ensure continuity of care
Adhere to all company rules, safety protocols, policies, and procedures
Promote a positive, collaborative team environment
