About The Position
We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA) to join our team at our Caribou home. This is a part-time position with 24 hours per week, involving both day and night shifts of 12-hour lengths.
Requirements
- Active 40-hour CRMA certification required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to resident safety
- Ability to work both day and overnight shifts as scheduled
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Administer medications in accordance with state regulations and facility policies
- Provide direct care and support to residents with activities of daily living
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns appropriately
- Maintain accurate documentation and medication records
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality resident care
