About The Position

Join Granite Hill Estates as a Certified Residential Medication Aid (CRMA) for our PT Evening shift, working from 2:45 PM to 11:15 PM, including every other weekend. We are looking for compassionate individuals to enrich the lives of our residents through dedicated care. Your role is crucial in ensuring residents receive their medications, assisting with personal care, and promptly addressing their needs. Requirements

Successful completion of state competency exam for CRMA certification.
Ability to move and assist residents.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Genuine care and empathy for residents' well-being.
Accurate recording of resident information and vital signs.
Ability to work well with healthcare professionals as part of the Wellness team.
Adherence to ethical standards and maintaining resident information privacy.
Criminal Background Screening is required.

Responsibilities

Administer medications to residents as prescribed by their licensed care providers.
Help residents with personal care activities like bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Address residents' needs quickly and with empathy, showing attentive care.
Work with other care professionals to keep the care team effective.
Record observations and updates on residents' conditions to maintain accurate records.
Follow safety rules and infection control measures to ensure resident health.
Participate in training and education to continuously improve caregiving skills.
