About The Position

Join our Wellness Family at Granite Hill Estates as a Certified Residential Medication Aid (CRMA) for our Full-Time Evening shift, working from 2:45 PM to 11:15 PM, including every other weekend. As a CRMA, you will play an essential role in ensuring our residents receive their medications, assisting with personal care, and promptly addressing their needs.

Requirements

Successful completion of state competency exam for CRMA certification.
Ability to move and assist residents.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Genuine care and empathy for residents' well-being.
Accurate recording of resident information and vital signs.
Ability to work well with healthcare professionals as part of the Wellness team.
Adherence to ethical standards and maintaining resident information privacy.
Criminal Background Screening is required.

Responsibilities

Administer medications to residents as prescribed by their licensed care providers.
Help residents with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Address residents' needs quickly and with empathy, providing attentive care.
Collaborate with other care professionals to ensure an effective care team.
Record observations and updates on residents' conditions for accurate record-keeping.
Follow safety rules and infection control measures to maintain resident health.
Participate in training and education to continuously improve caregiving skills.
