About The Position
Velox Valuations First Coast is seeking an experienced Certified Residential Appraiser who desires enhanced support without compromising independence. We offer advanced tools, administrative assistance, and financial stability, enabling appraisers to concentrate on delivering high-quality valuations. This role provides the flexibility to set your own schedule, choose assignments, and define production goals, while benefiting from the resources of a national brand. Collaboration is encouraged through one-on-one support and knowledge sharing within the Velox Valuations franchise system.
Requirements
- Active Certified Residential Appraiser
- Embrace and complete modern collaborative valuations
- Motivated Self-starter with high energy
- Efficient time management & results driven
- Strong communication skills with attention to detail
- Geographic competency in real estate trends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products
- Work schedule flexibility to accommodate client/borrower needs
- Ability to complete physical property inspections
- No current or pending state disciplinary actions
- Successfully meet/exceed monthly minimum production
