About The Position

We are seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a Locum Tenens position in Faribault, MN. This role involves providing anesthesia care in a hospital setting for both adult and pediatric patients. The CRNA will cover general, OB, ENT, and pediatric cases. The position requires flexibility to float between Owatonna and Faribault facilities, which are 20 minutes apart. The CRNA will participate in a rotated call schedule, including weeknights and weekends, with a 30-minute response time for beeper call. This role operates under an unsupervised care model at Faribault and collaboratively with MDs at Owatonna.

Requirements

• Active Minnesota license
• Minimum 3 years of CRNA experience
• Comfortable with unsupervised practice model
• Strong OB background with VBAC/TOLAC experience
• Proficiency in pediatric and ENT anesthesia

Responsibilities

• Float between Owatonna and Faribault facilities
• Provide anesthesia care for general surgical and obstetric cases, including VBAC/TOLAC
• Perform epidurals, TAP blocks, spinal and peripheral nerve blocks
• Participate in rotated call, covering weeknight and weekend beeper call with 30‑minute response time
• Work independently in an unsupervised care model at Faribault and collaboratively with MDs at Owatonna
