This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected anesthesia department. You will be supported by a strong collaborative team, an expanding surgical volume, and the full resources of a robust national health system network. Join an established team of 10 physicians and 17 CRNAs. Practice setting: Inpatient. Enjoy a high level of clinical autonomy practicing across a full perioperative mix—including OB/Gyn, Bariatrics, Orthopedics, Plastics, Vascular, and General Surgery—with no open-heart cases, no complex pediatrics, and very limited trauma exposure as a Level III facility. Flexible staffing system offers a variety of shifts tailored to support a positive work-life balance, alongside rewarding opportunities to preceptor SRNAs from three premier local training programs. CRNAs are expected to perform advanced procedures (CVCs, arterial lines, US-guided peripheral nerve blocks, and epidurals/spinals), and the department provides dedicated, supportive training and mentorship for any procedures where you want to build confidence. Employed position within a nonprofit health system. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Nurse Anesthesia. Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration.
