Requirements

• Current OR state license required.
• ACLS and PALS required.
• New grads and experienced CRNAs welcome.

Responsibilities

• Support affiliated surgery centers.
• Provide anesthesia services as a CRNA.
• Work as an independent contractor (1099).

Benefits

• Pay is $250 per hour for weekday shifts, $150 per hour for weekend call, and $90 per hour for weekday call.
