About The Position

We are seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a Locum Tenens position in Duluth, MN. This role involves providing clinical anesthesia care in an inpatient setting at a Level II trauma center. The CRNA will administer general anesthesia and sedation for a variety of adult and pediatric surgical cases, including orthopedics, neurosurgery, vascular, thoracic, obstetrics, ENT, and pediatrics. The position operates under a supervised model with anesthesiologist supervision and requires collaboration with the supervising anesthesiologist. The coverage period is ASAP and ongoing, due to a long-term permanent search.

Responsibilities

Administer general anesthesia and sedation for a variety of surgical cases
Provide anesthesia care in a Level II trauma center with 15 operating rooms and 4 endo suites
Cover adult and pediatric cases including obstetrical, neurosurgical, thoracic, vascular, and orthopedic procedures
Deliver pediatric anesthesia for ENT and other outpatient specialty areas in ambulatory surgery settings
Collaborate with the supervising anesthesiologist in a supervised care model
Administer general anesthesia
Administer sedation
Provide anesthesia care
Cover adult and pediatric cases
Deliver pediatric anesthesia
Collaborate with the supervising anesthesiologist
