About The Position

We are seeking two Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join the anesthesia team at a well-respected hospital facility in West Bloomfield Township, MI, starting in mid-December. This state-of-the-art facility is a Level III Trauma Center offering a wide range of services for adult and pediatric patients in a collaborative and supportive environment. The role involves administering anesthesia for general surgical procedures, managing various case types, and documenting procedures using Epic EMR. The position requires adherence to hospital policies, protocols, and safety standards. The typical work week is 36-40 hours, Monday to Friday, with options for 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts. On-call duties are available but not mandatory for locum providers. The patient demographic is 90% Adult/Geriatric and 10% Pediatric. The team manages an average of 35 cases in the OR and 20 offsite cases daily. Specific procedures include A-lines, but no open-heart surgeries or regional blocks are performed. Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of CRNA experience.
• Active Michigan license (hard requirement).
• Current NBCRNA certification.
• Current ACLS certification through AHA.
• Current BLS certification through AHA.
• Current PALS certification.
• Clean background.
• Professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia for general surgical procedures for adult and pediatric patients.
• Handle a variety of cases including General, Ortho, Neuro, Plastics, Peds, OB, Vascular, Thoracic, Hands, Podiatry, Urology, Endo, IR, and Cath/EP/TEE.
• Document all procedures using Epic EMR.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and safety standards.
• Manage an average of 35 cases in the OR and 20 offsite cases per day.
• Perform A-lines.
