About The Position

We provide training and support to help eligible candidates earn their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification before beginning services. Services are provided in clients' homes and community-based settings. Part-time positions. We're looking for candidates who are committed to making a lasting impact and are willing to dedicate at least six months to changing the lives of our clients. No experience? No problem. We provide paid training to help eligible candidates prepare for and earn their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. Once certified, you'll begin working with clients while continuing to receive ongoing support from our experienced team. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with Autism.
  • Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
  • Candidates must successfully obtain their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification before providing services.

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
  • Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
  • Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
  • Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.
