M-F, 8:30am-5pm. $20 per hour, plus benefits. Requirements

High school diploma or G.E.D.
CRSS (Certified Recovery Support Specialist) credential
Experience working with persons with psycho-social rehabilitation services, psychiatric disorders, substance abuse, and/or development disorders
Tolerance and compassion for adults with psychiatric disorders

Responsibilities

Provide peer-oriented individual and group counseling
May assist with recreational and leisure activities
Responsible for fostering a safe, motivating and supportive environment
Encourage and model the philosophy of recovery and empowerment through CRSS principals
