About The Position

We are seeking passionate individuals, whether already a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or looking to start a rewarding career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), to make a difference in the lives of children with Autism. We provide training and support to help eligible candidates earn their RBT certification before beginning services. You will work alongside a strong clinical team committed to supporting your success, with fellowship and internship opportunities available. You can choose your own cases with no minimum case requirement and earn referral bonuses.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with Autism.
  • Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
  • Candidates must successfully obtain their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification before providing services.
  • Commitment to dedicating at least six months to changing the lives of our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
  • Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
  • Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
  • Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.
