About The Position

Cranial Technologies is seeking a full-time Clinician to join their team in National Harbor, MD. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a niche, pediatric clinical outpatient setting exclusively with infants and their families, focusing on treating plagiocephaly (flat head syndrome) with the DOC Band® and correcting ear shapes with EarWell®. Clinicians are considered experts in evaluation and treatment, building strong relationships with families throughout the process. The company hires from diverse backgrounds, valuing the unique perspectives PTs, OTs, Registered Nurses, and Certified Prosthetist-Orthotists bring. A formal training program with mentoring is available for those without prior pediatric experience.

Requirements

• Certified Prosthetist-Orthotists only
• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Nice To Haves

• Pediatric experience a plus
• Background in pediatrics is preferred

Responsibilities

• Treat infants to reshape head shapes with the DOC Band®.
• Correct ear shapes with EarWell®.
• Evaluate and treat plagiocephaly and conditions involving misshapen ears.
• Develop relationships with families at every stage of their treatment process.
