Requirements

• ABC Certification in Prosthetics and Orthotics (CPO) required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and clinical training.
• Strong understanding of biomechanics, human anatomy, prosthetic and orthotic componentry, and rehabilitation principles.
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills with patients and healthcare partners.
• Eligibility to practice in accordance with applicable state regulations.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• 2 to 5 years of experience providing prosthetic and/or orthotic services.
• Experience in referral development, physician engagement, or healthcare relationship management.
• Clinical leadership or mentorship experience.
• Experience in a growing outpatient O&P clinic environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient caseload independently while maintaining high documentation and compliance standards.
• Provide prosthetic and/or orthotic services.
• Engage in referral development, physician engagement, or healthcare relationship management.
• Provide clinical leadership or mentorship.
• Practice in accordance with applicable state regulations.
