About The Position

We are seeking a Certified Pilates Reformer Instructor to join our team. In this role, you will build your own schedule, grow your client base using proven sales methods, and ensure a clean and safe environment for all clients. You will provide exercise guidance and support, promote FFC programs, and help clients achieve their fitness goals. Additionally, you will attend meetings and continuing education sessions, maintain your certifications, and volunteer for FFC-sponsored events and programs.

Requirements

Full Studio Certification: Must be certified or complete certification within 6 months
Educational Skills: Ability to teach Pilates and its benefits
CPR/AED Certification: Required

Responsibilities

Build Your Schedule: Set your weekly appointments and maintain consistent service
Sales: Grow your client base using proven sales methods (training provided)
Safety: Ensure a clean, safe environment for all
Client Engagement: Help clients with exercise guidance and support
Promote FFC Programs: Build relationships and suggest relevant programs
Deliver Quality Training: Help clients achieve their fitness goals
Stay Informed: Attend meetings and continuing education sessions
Maintain Certifications: Keep Pilates and CPR/AED certifications up to date
Support Events: Volunteer for FFC-sponsored events and programs
