Certified Physician Asst 3 - $15,000 Sign-On Bonus
About The Position
The Certified Physician Assistant will support multiple shifts of occupational health operations in the Newport News Shipbuilding onsite clinic. Responsibilities will include working with a dedicated healthcare team, including physicians, nurses and medical assistants, to provide compassionate acute occupational medicine care to the workforce. This role will utilize clinical skills to diagnose and treat injured workers, make fitness-for-duty determinations, and assign appropriate work restrictions. The Physician Assistant will also collaborate with the health and safety teams on medical and health policies to promote a safe and healthy work environment for our workforce, and reduce injuries. A sign-on bonus is available for new hires.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of PA experience.
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Licensed Physician Assistant.
- NCCPA certified.
