The Certified Pharmacy Technician supports pharmacy operations by assisting members, providers, and pharmacies with prior authorizations, pharmacy claims inquiries, benefit questions, and other pharmacy-related services. This role works in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate combines strong pharmacy knowledge with excellent communication skills and a commitment to supporting healthcare outcomes. Support pharmacy-related operations serving members, providers, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals across a variety of programs and clients. Research and resolve pharmacy inquiries related to benefits, claims, medications, prior authorizations, and other pharmacy services. Utilize multiple systems and resources to investigate issues, document interactions, and provide timely and accurate resolutions. Participate in training and professional development opportunities designed to expand pharmacy, healthcare, and customer service knowledge.
