About The Position

This is a call center environment where people will be making up to 100 calls a day. Each call will be related to a specific medication or condition.

Requirements

• CPhT certification
• Call center experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• CPhT (PTCB) / ExCPT (NHA), RMA / CMA, MA-C
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google - ability to learn new technology
• 2-5 years experience with pharmacy and heavy outbound calls

• Making up to 100 calls a day related to specific medications or conditions.
