Requirements

  • Active Pharmacy Technician certification (PTCB or NHA)
  • Experience in a pharmacy, healthcare, or care management setting

Responsibilities

  • Updating patient records and documenting care in EHR systems
  • Collaborating with pharmacists to identify medication concerns or therapy opportunities
  • Supporting quality care initiatives and workflow improvements
  • Maintaining compliance with pharmacy regulations and HIPAA standards
