Requirements
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.) OR Degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Fitness, or related field.
- CPR/AED certified.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills.
Nice To Haves
- Prior Personal Trainer experience is preferred.
- Committed to continuing education.
Responsibilities
- Design customized workout plans to help members meet their fitness goals.
- Conduct fitness assessments and provide professional instruction.
- Build a personal training client base and retain clients over time.
