Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• NCAA Personal Trainer Certification or Exercise-Science related degree
• Maintain a CPR / AED certification
• Effective English communication skills.
• Proficient in multitasking, driven by self-motivation and a strong work ethic.
• Committed to continuous personal development.

Nice To Haves

• Fluency in multiple languages is favored.

Responsibilities

• Help clients reach their health and fitness goals with personalized fitness programs.
• Inspire and motivate clients through goal setting, frequent follow-ups, and reassessments.
• Conduct engaging personal training sessions and small group classes.
• Perform three fitness assessments per week with prospective clients.
• Maintain sales and key performance indicators.
• Meet or exceed 80 session completions per month.
• Foster an enjoyable environment for employees, members, and guests.
• Provide excellent customer service to keep members and clients engaged.
• Make effective decisions to resolve customer service issues positively.
• Demonstrate Intermediate computer literacy skills for use of job-related software and technology.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by your supervisor.
