Certified Personal Trainer
About The Position
GYMGUYZ Austin is seeking motivated Certified Personal Trainers to deliver fitness directly to clients' homes, offices, and communities. This role offers the flexibility to train on your own terms, with a focus on client results rather than sales or floor shifts. We provide the clients and marketing support, allowing you to focus on training. Trainers are assigned a specific zone to minimize travel time and are guaranteed clients from week one. Opportunities for additional income through paid marketing and community outreach tasks are available. This is a W2 employment position with competitive per-session pay, commissions, bonuses, and opportunities for career advancement.
Requirements
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, or similar)
- Current CPR/AED certification (required)
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within your assigned zone
- Comfort using mobile and web apps to manage sessions, notes, and scheduling
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and positive energy
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen

Responsibilities
- Deliver creative, high-energy 1:1 and group training sessions in homes, offices, and community settings.
- Design personalized programs and track client progress through the GYMGUYZ App.
- Manage your schedule and client communication through our mobile tools.
- Motivate clients, measure results, and celebrate wins.
