At Benefitness Adaptive Gym, we believe fitness should be accessible, personalized, and empowering. We're looking for a nationally certified Personal Trainer who is passionate about helping people achieve their individual health and wellness goals through evidence-based coaching and exceptional client relationships. Our members range from 12 years old through active older adults and represent a wide variety of fitness levels, medical considerations, and personal goals. Whether someone is recovering from an injury, preparing for surgery, training for an athletic event, improving overall health, or simply wanting to stay active, every program is designed specifically for them. If you enjoy building relationships, creating individualized programming, and making a meaningful impact through fitness, we'd love to meet you. Position Summary: The Certified Personal Trainer is responsible for delivering high-quality personal training and leading small group fitness classes in a welcoming, supportive environment. Working collaboratively with the Benefitness team, trainers develop individualized exercise programs that promote safe, effective progress while helping clients reach their unique health and fitness goals.
