About The Position

FFC is seeking a motivated and certified Personal Trainer to join their team. This is a full-time position focused on building a client base, delivering quality training, and contributing to the fitness environment. The role involves client acquisition through various outreach methods, managing schedules, and ensuring member satisfaction. New trainers will have the opportunity to earn bonuses in their first three months by achieving specific metrics.

Requirements

• Nationally accredited Personal Training certification
• CPR and AED certification
• Proven sales experience
• Full-time commitment (30 hours/week, including weekends)

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s in exercise physiology or related field
• 2+ years in a health club setting
• Must be or have been a Master and/or Elite level trainer

Responsibilities

• Manage the InBody machine, Fitness Desk, etc.
• Oversee the fitness floor
• Greet members and build relationships
• Perform outreach (email/calls) to build a book of business using sales techniques
• Grow client base through prospecting (calls, emails, social media)
• Organize weekly appointments
• Help meet individual and department goals
• Keep the fitness floor clean and safe
• Create personalized workout plans for new members
• Assist members on the fitness floor with exercises
• Match members to relevant FFC programs
• Help clients achieve fitness goals
• Keep certifications up-to-date
• Volunteer for special events
• Maintain detailed client files
