About The Position
GYMGUYZ is seeking passionate and certified personal trainers to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to train clients in their homes, offices, or organizations, providing a flexible and autonomous work environment. Unlike traditional gyms, GYMGUYZ eliminates the need for rent, sales quotas, and waiting for walk-ins, allowing trainers to focus on their clients and skills. The company is a leader in mobile personal training, offering a unique blend of stability and independence.
Requirements
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
- CPR/AED certified (required)
- Reliable transportation & willingness to travel between sessions
- Embraces using mobile and web apps (like Mindbody & Trainerize) to manage sessions, client notes, and communication
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy
Responsibilities
- Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions
- Design personalized programs using our GYMGUYZ App
- Conduct Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
- Manage your schedule efficiently
- Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins
- Collaborate with a supportive team that shares your passion
