We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Certified Personal Trainer who is passionate about building relationships, delivering results, and creating a positive fitness experience. This is full-time opportunity ideal for a fitness professional who enjoys engaging with members, developing customized programs, and fostering a motivating environment.

Requirements

• Current Certified Personal Trainer credential from a nationally recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of exercise physiology and anatomy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work Sundays and Fridays
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or a related field preferred
• Previous personal training experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Design and implement personalized fitness programs based on individual goals, fitness levels, and health history
• Conduct fitness assessments and monitor client progress
• Instruct clients on proper exercise technique, form, and safety
• Provide motivation, accountability, and ongoing support
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming fitness environment
• Stay current with industry trends, research, and best practices
