Requirements
- Passionate about fitness, wellness, and helping people live better
- Love working with people and building strong client relationships
- Communicate clearly and confidently, in person and over the phone
- Eager to grow your knowledge and career in a supportive, high-impact environment
- CPR/AED certified (or willing to get certified)
Nice To Haves
- College degree in a health-related field (or equivalent knowledge)
- 1-3 years experience in personal training, coaching, or small group fitness
- Basic nutrition understanding
Responsibilities
- Lead one-on-one and small group training sessions using our cutting-edge Exerbotics technology
- Conduct fitness consultations and track individual client progress
- Support and educate clients with goal-setting and nutrition guidance
- Help grow the studio through relationship-building and promoting packages
- Be part of a tight-knit, mission-driven team that loves to celebrate wins
