This field-based role enables associates to primarily operate in the field, traveling to client sites or designated locations as their role requires, with occasional office attendance for meetings or training. This approach ensures flexibility, responsiveness to client needs, and direct, hands-on engagement. The successful candidate will be a New York Certified Peer Support Specialist and will be responsible for visiting with our members in person throughout the Bronx, Brooklyn, and Queens. The Certified Peer Support Specialist (Wellness & Recovery Specialist) is responsible for care coordination and/or care management activities focused on the Wellness and Recovery of members.
