About The Position

At PYG Therapy, we’re hiring compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs/OTAs) to provide pediatric home health services throughout Arizona. Whether you’re experienced in pediatrics or looking to grow in home health, our team is committed to helping you succeed with flexible scheduling, strong clinical support, and consistent caseload-building assistance. PYG Therapy is therapist-led, and we understand what clinicians need to feel successful in home health. We focus on creating a supportive, responsive, and flexible work environment where therapists feel valued and supported. In this role, you will provide pediatric occupational therapy services in the home setting, implement treatment plans developed by the supervising occupational therapist, complete ongoing documentation of patient performance and progress, educate and coach caregivers to support carryover of skills at home, communicate regularly with supervising therapists regarding patient updates and concerns, and build strong relationships with patients and families.

Requirements

  • Active Arizona COTA/OTA license
  • CPR certification
  • Article 9 certification
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work under supervision in a home health setting
  • Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills

Nice To Haves

  • Pediatric or home health experience preferred, but not required
