About The Position

Kidzoola Therapy Center is a therapist-owned pediatric clinic located in Missoula, Montana, seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA). This role can be full-time or part-time, offering flexible scheduling, supportive mentorship, and a $5,000 sign-on/relocation bonus. New graduates are welcome. Requirements

• Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in Montana (or ability to obtain)
• Associate’s degree from an accredited OTA program
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to complete)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice To Haves

• Pediatric experience preferred, not required

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric OT treatment sessions under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
• Implement treatment plans and goals
• Deliver engaging, play-based therapy
• Collaborate with caregivers and teammates
• Complete documentation clearly and promptly
• Participate in supervision and team meetings
