About The Position
Needham Public Schools is seeking an energetic and skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team. This role involves providing occupational therapy services to students with a range of fine motor and sensory needs, both in and out of the classroom, under the guidance of district Occupational Therapists and building-based Special Education Coordinators. The position is for the School Year 26-27.
Requirements
- Associates degree or higher, in Occupational Therapy
- Massachusetts Licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Responsibilities
- Providing direct 1:1, small group, and in-class occupational therapy for students
- Providing Occupational Therapy services to students with a range of fine motor and sensory needs both in and out of the classroom under the guidance of a district Occupational Therapists and building-based Special Education Coordinators.
