About The Position

We are looking for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) who want more freedom, flexibility, and fulfillment. At InHome Therapy, we prioritize our therapists. If you are seeking home health COTA jobs with flexible scheduling and consistent patient volume, this role in and around Highland Park, treating the adult and geriatric population, could be a great fit. We offer a consistent caseload through our agency partner network, flexible scheduling where you own your time and have autonomy over your day, mileage reimbursement, and tools to reduce windshield time. A tablet, data plan, and supplies are provided, along with paid training and ongoing mentorship. Requirements

Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in good standing
BLS CPR certification
Reliable transportation
Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

Responsibilities

Provide home health occupational therapy services under the supervision of an OT
Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain independence
Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided)
