About The Position
Seeking a full-time Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) in Montesano, WA. This role is in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting and offers great pay, full benefits, and a warm, supportive team. New graduates are welcome. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Current WA license (or eligibility)
- Strong communication and patient-care focus

Responsibilities
- Implement treatment plans under OT supervision
- Assist patients with daily living and functional activities
- Document progress and communicate updates to OT
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques
- Support the rehab team in achieving patient goals
