About The Position
Join the exceptional rehab team at Ridgeway Post Acute as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA). Our facility provides short-term rehabilitation and long-term care in a supportive, resident-centered environment. You’ll work alongside an experienced rehab team dedicated to helping residents regain function, independence, and confidence. We are looking for motivated and compassionate COTAs to make a real impact in patients’ lives.
Requirements
- Active California COTA license
- Positive attitude and passion for helping others
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred (but not required)
Responsibilities
- Assist Occupational Therapists in delivering individualized treatment plans
- Help residents improve functional independence and quality of life
- Accurately document progress and outcomes
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
- Promote a positive, encouraging therapy experience
