Sprenger Therapy is the in-house rehabilitation team for Sprenger Health Care Systems — a third-generation, family-owned senior living organization operating 12 skilled nursing facilities across Ohio and South Carolina. Requirements
- Active COTA license in good standing
- Commitment to patient-first, outcomes-driven care
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled occupational therapy services under OT supervision
- Assist with evaluations, treatment planning, and patient progression
- Deliver patient-centered interventions focused on function and safety
- Collaborate with PT, SLP, nursing, and the full interdisciplinary care team
- Document clearly and efficiently in support of quality outcomes
