About The Position

At PYG Therapy, we are seeking compassionate and skilled licensed therapist assistants to provide pediatric home health services across the state of Arizona. As a therapist-led company, we understand the realities of home health — we have a dedicated team who is committed to building your caseload and helping with each step along the way. Requirements

• Active Arizona license (OTA, COTA, or SLPA)
• CPR certification
• Article 9 certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work under supervision in a home health setting
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Direct therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by supervising therapist
• Ongoing documentation of client performance and progress
• Caregiver education and coaching
• Communicate regularly with supervising therapist regarding updates and concerns
