Requirements
- Current, unrestricted Texas COTA license
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Own device and reliable internet connection required to access your schedule and complete charting
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively
Nice To Haves
- Minimum 1 year of experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Carry out individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s plan of care
- Provide occupational therapy services in patients’ homes
- Work with both pediatric and adult patients
- Coordinate visits directly with patients and families
- Support patients in developing skills that promote independence and quality of life
- Document patient care and progress accurately and timely
- Communicate effectively with the supervising Occupational Therapist and care team
